- Q: Dear sir, I have a Gustard U12 and from time to time and unexpectedly it stop decoding and write ‘- - - -‘ It may happens every half an hour or every five minutes or every hour, no pattern. It is not related to a specific computer or player software. It happens with Android smartphone, Apple MacBook Pro with Audirvana, Windows 10 with JRiver. It looks like a lost of communication. Do you have any suggestion to cure this problem, maybe firmware upgrade? Thanks, Guy
