Questions & Answers

  • Q: Hi, Why can I not use the 240V version whitout modifications? What is the Power Supply Voltage Tolerance, 3, 5, or 10% ? Thanks
  • A: Hi, the voltage has 10% + - range. What voltage do you need? We have 110V, 120V, 220V, 240V options. But if you need 120V or 240V , we need to customize the voltage, so the shipment will have few more days delay. Thanks and best regards. Shenzhenaudio

  • Q: I had this yaquin about five years now. I noticing it makes scratching and static noise. Even popping noise. I checked the original tubes, they seem fine. Orange glow on both of them. I think its inside the buffer. If anyone knows the issue, please let me know.
  • A: hI Brian,SD-CD3 with a little noise is static, but should not take too much noise in this will not affect the normal use of the customer.Thank you.
